The very first meeting is of utmost importance in the dentist-patient relationship.
This first meeting is generally a simple consultation, where no serious treatment takes place – at most, a friendly cleaning or plaque removal session. The patient sits in the dentist’s chair without anxiety. After filling out our questionnaire on your present state of health (case history sheet), you are welcome to share any complaints, thoughts or expectations with us. A dentist and our dental hygienist prepare an analysis of your full dental status. Each visit includes painless oral carcinoma screening and periodontal examination. If needed, we take digital X-rays to complete the oral examination. Our clinic allows us to capture panoramic X-rays, X-rays of joints, or X-rays of a single tooth. We give a detailed explanation of your diagnosis and delineate the possibilities for treatment. Using all the collected data, we set up a personalised treatment plan, including prices for all planned procedures. During the consultation, you may decide – according to your needs and preferences, dental status and financial situation – which of the medically approved steps and treatment sequences you wish to take. We share the complete documentation via e-mail to give you more time for consideration.

At DENTUS, your dentist and oral hygienist take care of you through every step of treatment. If the situation requires intervention by an oral surgeon or orthodontist, your dentist will continue to track your treatment.
